The Scoop
The Scoop is a brand I had the pleasure of conceptualizing from start-to-finish. The deliverables included a landing page, full branding, uniforms, social media package (FB, IG, TW, and Snapchat), packaging design, email/newsletter design, promotional videos, blog, YouTube page, app design, apparel, other marketing materials and a final brand book.

Our campaign revolves completely around you: our favorite person ever. We wanted to showcase our brand through the lens of appreciation for all the love we feel coming from our amazing client base. The tone is fun, vibrant, and personable.

Each promotional item was used for both marketing campaigns as well as merchandise available for purchase on both the website and in-store. Each item was made to feel cohesive, as a recognizable part of the brand using the brand standards and guides.

Scoops:
To reach new heights, The Scoop designed an app to enhance the online ordering process by making it simpler, and more useful. Users can place their orders online from the comfort of their home or offices. They can access unique features such as “Find a Scoop Shop”, “Dietary Preferences” and even “Find a vending machine”. These features allow users to customize their experience according to their liking. Within the app, users are encouraged to “create their box” according to their exact tastes and specifications.
We’ve even included reviews from fellow scoopers that go a long way in reassuring new users. Users can even receive notifications for new flavor releases, upcoming events, and specify the frequency of when they want their custom box to be delivered. Although the app is primarily designed for online ordering, there is a feature that allows users to search for our nearby vending machines and Scoop Spots. The app improves the quality of customer services, enabling The Scoop to go beyond their limitations in reshaping their brand.
